I can't see it getting any lower, I saw a station selling gas for $1.22, but most stations around here are $1.33, it is great to fill my tank for $20, it took about $60 last summer. Here is link for prices nationwide.

We will hit the bottom on oil prices when we hit bottom on housing.

You too Stan!
Even with the OPEC production cuts, oil still is very, very low.

Time to fill the 38-Gallon tank on my Mobil Traveler - while I can afford it.

Cost of fuel and the inflation rates are all artificial.....don't get to complacent about prices.....The only way left is up.....

Oil around 40 dollars a barrel seems about right.  There is nothing that points to higher prices.

I got to tellya's..I filled up our full sized van last night and it was just below a half a tank When gas prices were $4.00+ a gallon, it would have cost me $60.00 to fill it up from a half a tank to full.

Last night we filled it up in Jersey, and the price of gas there was $1.37/gal. It ended up costing me a grand total of $18.00 and change. I was flabbergasted to say the least. Happy days (gas-wise) are here again!

We are in the same boat fuel prices are at a 4 year low....compared to a year ago inflation dropped from 5.2%  to 00.5%... But...national growrh has also dropped off the richter scale and is currently sitting a fraction off 0%....That indicates that Government is printing money to throw at the problem of ecconmic staganation....That means an escalationg national debt and somewhere some time over the course of 2009 that debt is going to have to be tackled head on......
