THE SPIRIT OF THE RULES
#1. Do not post the same material, topic or theme again and again. No Advertising. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?
#2. Flaming includes shouting (all capitals), foul language, vulgarity, hate language, extreme violence and will not be allowed. Refrain from attacking another member. Attack the message, not the messenger. There are 10’s of thousands of words in the English language. It is hoped members have a significant number of words at their disposal and do not require the use of curse words. However, as this is an adult forum, an occasional curse word may be used to emphasis a point. Please note: words which degrade gender, race, religion, sexual preference, culture or any other specific group, will not be allowed. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?
#3. NO PORNOGRAPHY IS ALLOWED. However, this is a mature adult forum and vulgar humor may be allowed if it passes the common man/woman test. Meaning; if the common man or woman would NOT show it to a 14 yr old, then it will be considered Porn and will be deleted. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?/EM>
#4. The key to this rule is intent. Maliciousness, slander, innuendo, which tarnish another person or forum are not allowed. Members are welcomed, and encouraged, to discuss public figures, political parties, theory, concepts &/or philosophy.... but once discussion is directed towards another person or forum, it becomes gossip. And gossip is not allowed and will be deleted. Links to other groups will not be allowed on the main board. It promotes gossip and dissention between groups. It will not be allowed by you, me or anyone else. What is said in other groups/forums, Stays in other groups/forums. A members links board is provided for fair promotional reciprocation between groups and members. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?
#5. Anonymity is the right of each member, the responsibility of each member, and shall not be challenged. However, if a member chooses to post personal information, it may not be used as ammunition in later discussions.Management takes this rule very seriously, and using personal information as a weapon may result in banning without warning. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?/EM>
#6. No unnecessary Group e-mails. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?
#7. Please see the side board called MSN Code of Conduct and read the Codes. In brief: Refrain from infringing upon copywriting. Do not post an entire article. (its tedious anyway) and always post a link. If you wish to post a photo, upload it to your pc, then post. AND if it is copyrighted, include a link. Do not post photos of private individuals without their permission. Violations of this rule may be considered “Troublemaking?/EM> #8. A mem
#8 Bandwidth theft is stealing, pure and simple. It can also get a group closed down by MSN
#9 A member will be considered a “Troublemaker?if he/she consistently violates the rules above, or shows a desire to entice and inflame other members with the specific intent of disrupting the forum, or to bring trouble from the outside to this forum. No member will be banned from this forum for having unfavorable views or opinions?or for being politically incorrect as long as they post within these rules and MSN's Code of Conduct.
BANNING GUIDELINES.
I. A member cannot be banned without a consensus of the managers.

However, flagrant violations of the rules may result in immediate eviction if it is determined the sole purpose of the poster is to place PME Lives On in serious violation of MSN CoC.
