actually...Clinton made substantial cuts in many arenas... especially in the military and his spending on VA benefits and education brought Bush having increases that doubled that spending. So...Clinton's recipe for tax increases and spending cuts thwarted inflation. So far, Obama has promised to increase spending at least a trillion dollars on top of the already trillion that's being spent. |
