Al Frankin is a very good Dimocrat candidate, but far more open and honest about his biases and stupidities than most Dimocrat legislators. Professional polititians giving themselves the power to create winners and losers in the marketplace through legislation and Regulation have caused our current financial melt-down and assure our capitalist, constitutional republic's eventual demise. We've been on our way to hell since the US Senate stopped bringing federal judges before the Judiciery Committee to explain their apparent unconstitutional rulings - whether as part of the majority or minority - as a prelude toward possible impeachment for incompetence or sedition. Ours stopped being a constitutional government at that point. Socrates: "People in a democracy may not get what they want, but they will surely get what they deserve." |
