Why the hell would someone move American know how out of America and continue to call it American know how..... ? If ya moved to China or wherever, wouldn't it be Chinese or wherever know how then.
Not until they add their value, improve the products, software, methodology etc. It will happen and be a valid reality before Obama leaves office. They needed time to build the technology velocity.
