I just started a thread to take the afore mentioned "concensus".

Do you have an example? Was the member of management speaking in a managerial context or were they speaking as another member? Enquiring minds want to know.

I believe the issue was as to why someone left and how they came back. An accusation was made. I believe the statement was made while acting as a member, and not managemnet, but it was belittling.
