Is this like the other thread you were whining about on ask management? the one you counldn't find a thread you posted and claimed was deleted but it was further down on the page, but in your haste to try to cause issues you didn't look?

like i have said repeatedly, the first post, posted at 12:20AM, was a simple question. i asked if anyone had heard of shrub's "sacrifice". that post, which DID NOT contain this article, was deleted by 12:22, and at that time, i cut and pasted this article, which went up at 12:28AM.

and that first post was NOT identical with the article posted here - although it was on the same topic. where is it? it existed for about 2 minutes, and had got one response, and then disappeared - the entire thread did.

the second post, put up at 12:28AM the same morning, was this post. at that point your dipshit puppy dog began ragging me about "mulitiple posts" which is why i say he deleted it, although, up to this point, no one has admitted doing so.

at no time was this post put up twice - there were two posts, on this topic, but they were not duplicates. ever. the first was the question, the second was this article.

Address the topic, bul. There will be no further discussion about your double posting of the same topic here.

and then why, after you changing that thread, you proceeded to lump tons of shit in the thread, not related to COE mismanagment?

i am still waiting on those answers. you have a LOT of questions pending.

but we are getting off topic here - this post is about the COE's sloppy record keeping, which shows that they do not even know what levees they are responsible for. that, in itself, is professional malpractice.

you still have not wxplained why you have combined all katrina threads, into one titled "COE mismanagment". why did you do that?

why are there multiple duplicate posts, in multiple layers of this thread about COE mismanagment? ref: post 24 appears multiple times, because the threads have been duplicated multiple times.

at the least, please eliminate those multiple posts, and re-edit all of the threads, so that a response is below the post it references.
