It's that time of year when everyone starts talking about the BCS and the system of picking a national champion in football. My Va Tech team faces the possibility of representing the ACC in a BCS bowl game if they win the ACC championship this Saturday against BC. They have not been in the top25 since early in the year although they are there now. They finished one game behing Ga Tech in the overall standings yet won the division due to the league tiebreaker. The ACC teams beat the hell out of each other all year long and everyone's record is mediocre at best. There are teams out there who will not play in a BCS game even though they went undefeated this year.

 

So give me your thoughts on the BCS and it's seletion of teams to fill it's bowl slots.
