There may be growing pains with it. Nothing ever goes perfectly. Dont beat yourself up when they dont. Tempers will fly. Try to write up a mission statement, throw it around with the your Asst Mgrs to add/subtract/tweak - and stick to that plan best you can. | | </TABLE>

| | | I like Robin, she's always been nice to me. But after what Dean did to the group they can't expect us to welcome him back with open arms. If he really cared about Robin he wouldn't talk the way he does as in her pleasuring him. If he cared at all about the group he would have given a real apology. The fake one he did give made it very clear that it didn't apply to those he doesn't like. That would mean that if you're on the wrong side of Dean then the first time Robin and he have a big fight you can say goodbye to all your posts

Like she was talking about doing. Instead she let Dean screw us around AGAIN!!! | |

| | | She's been lying her fool head off about me... I have no idea why "Mans Neverhard" was fired from his job, but neither RavenWinter nor I ever had any contact with his employer. Point of fact: She phoned here several times a day, as often as 3, 4, 5 possibly even 6 times in one day, wanting to cry on our shoulders for hours. As of Tuesday night, she was crying to Jim about how dean needed to be brought to justice. I would rather be destitute, friendless and alone than be with a sociopath like dean. | |

The sheer volume of email and data she has collected over the years on people can attest to the fact that she never plans on leaving anyone alone. She stated over a month ago that she was going to leave the internet, yet she hasn't. In fact, since stating that she was leaving, one of my boards was sent a warning to remove a thread or they'd shut us down....... One guess as to who's name was in that post.......yep......Alice. Tell you the truth, when this whole drama started well over a month ago........I thought it was bullsh*t to begin with.......and a prelude of more to come......and it has been. I still believe there is more to come, because of her past. This aint the first time she's gone off the deep end.......it won't be the last. She's a certifiable nut. I knew that from the moment she called someones BOSS trying to get them fired for posting on the internet at work. That is beyond msn groups......that is beyond sane.........that is freakin nuts.
