Today we are going to be working with the PSP Texture tool/effect. (And the selection tool if you're going to do a frame or edge.)
It's great for creating your own backgrounds or adding some interest to an image, or creating a unique frame.
You will need some textures. You can use these or any of your choice.
They need to go in whatever folder you keep your patterns & textures in so PSP can read them.
They cannot be loaded into the tool/effect otherwise.
You will also need some nice gradients or color fills. If you're in need of gradients you can let me know in class. :)
