Hi no you have not offend me I know exactly were you are coming from and am so sorry you had to sell your home and move because of these birds. Mitch is a Umbrella Cockatoo a little bigger than the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo and he is very noisy at certain times and at least twice a day, I suppose we have got use to the noise over the years because I have had him 10 years now and when I am not here sometimes I can still hear him shouting. It is very ear shattering when he won't shut up I know and he's only one bird so can imagine what 200 to 300 hundred would sound like urrrrrrrrrrrrr don't think I would be able to stand that either it's hard enough being able to cope with one. We have said many times we have had enough and he's got to go but then he will say in a little lovely voice Hello and he's a good boy and my heart just melts, I love him dearly with all his ways but know that he will outlive both me and Jim and know I have to make some kind of arrangement for him while I am able to for when we are not around anymore. You are not on your own Deesap many people that come to see us say they couldn't put up with him. Pleased you liked Chelsea though she is no trouble at all.
Hugs Pat
