Here's your new homework assignment, there are no plugins only thing here is the use of a mask the rest is just copy and paste.  Have fun I have not done this one yet but will do so later.  Can't wait to see the results.  You can find the tut here.

Here's mine, I didn't load the mask into my psp I just added it as a new layer from image.
