PSP Hangout

first you need a premade frame or use these one below:

this frame is a PNG Format so that it will open in PSP with a transparent inside ( this means that the inside will be blank)

ok ( if you are using the frame above)

now open a new file 450 x 300 pixles on transparent bkg

now pick a color that matches your frame

now flood fill the new canvas with the color you picked (NOT THE FRAME)

for effects go to effects--textures---blinds

use these settings

now redo these setting again and this time place a check mark in the horizontal

Go to your frame and copy and paste it as a new layer on the background that we just made

now while your bakground layer is selected

go to selections--select all

modify-- contract by 20

now go to effects 3D effects and inner bevel

use these settings:

no got to selections --- modify again by contract by 20

Repeat the same inner bevel

now give it a drop shadow with these settings:

redo the drop shadow and change the -1 to 1 on both the vertical and horizontal

go to selections and select none:

active the frame layer and give it the vvery same drop shadow do the both setting with 1 and -1

now got to layers and merge all flat

add any message you want or anything else and save
