eye candy 4000 all eyecandys install the same way no matter if it is Eye Candy 3, 4 or 5
download and exact the files; open the folder and you will see this
when promted type in serail numbers and DON'T register it
CLICK on agree to accept there terms and the click next
follow on screen instructions ok
when you get to the last screen shot as shown above you will see the exact same thing ok
if you don't see your paint shop pro program in the list on the white box then click on: choose another install location ok;
now annother box opens and this lets you find your PSP program: got to my computer----program files --- scroll to you see Jasc click on it a folder will open then find the plugin folder click on it and then click install
DO NOT HAVE PSP OPEN WHILE YOU ARE INSTALLING THIS
after it is installed open you PSP program and open a new file go to effects and look under plugins and you should see eye candy 4000
