Some may not know how to use the Browse in PSP here is how you use it,
go to File--go down to Browse--click on it
Now what this does is it will allow you to click on any folder that is on your computer and view what it has in it;
It will not show fonts,
It shows, tubes,imges, JPG, GIF, PNG files of this sort
even if you have several version of PSP on your computer this will work for any of them
here is a screen shot so you can see where to find it
Now if the file you are trying to open comes up invalid PSP file then that means it was saved in another version of PSP
