First selections are another easy way to make tags,
a selection is loaded into your PSP Folder (most PSP programs does not have a selection folder so you have to create one)
Tip: To make a new folder just right click and select NEW~ name this folder selections
Now using selections in PSP you click on selections and load from disk ( this is your psp selection folder that you just made)
you will probably be using a tut that you have found until you really get into PSP then you can start making your own selections so for now I will explain it this way
You follow the tut instructions download the selections and place them in your folder
when you open the selections it will look like a blank transparent image with broken lines around it (this is also called marching ants): this is what they are suppose to look like; don't get upset,
