Ok this is how you can add your plug-ins--filters, brushes, tubes, etc...
PSP will slow down if you load alot of tubes, filters, plugins to it and it can cause it to freeze up
this way you can add everything in a folder place it on your desktop or even burn it to a cd and still use them without them being installed
just do what I say
go to file--go to file locations
click on it
then use this setting
this is for plugins for every thing on the right you can point in a different direction,
click on add--click on browse and then point PSP in the place where your new folder is
just make you a folder on your desktop and point it that way
