this is a simple tut

first open my supplies in PSP

(layers are closed off for faster loading)

this is colored in classic off white you can recolor it to your taste

feel free to rearrange the layers if you want to

but really all you need to do is have an image that you are going to use

copy and paste as new layer on top

use the eraser tool to remove the excess image at the bottom

I have saved the layers so that when you unhide them all you have to do is add your tube or image

once you are please with your tag

add your text and copyright and merge Visible

then save as PNG format to retain the transparent bkg
