you will need a copy of PSP

and my supplies here

and a tube of your choice

let's begin

open a new file 600 x 600 transparent bkg

open my supplies up in PSP

now working on the new file

copy the bkg and paste as new layer

copy the mask layer and paste as new layer

now copy and paster the flowers and screws like you want or use my tag for reference

place the word art in a spot that can be read easily

place your tube then go to opacity and change it to 50 or whatever you like

then place your tube again place it either to the right or left and add a drop shadow

drop shawdow setting are to your liking

add any text and save a PNG and your a finished
