This is written by me all parts were made by me except the butterfly and it is Jasc
you will need to save all the parts to your computer they are in PNG Format:
Open all parts in PSP
Open a new file 500 x 500 on transparent bkg
copy the round globe and paste as new layer
now copy the butterfly and paste as new layer and center it on the globe
copy and paste 1 of the side pieces and place either to the right or left repeat for the other side
Wham you have a finished globe, now merge all layer visible
add any text to it that you want
you can even colorize it like this one below:
