Supplies needed are here:
open a new file 600 x 336
fill the new layer with tile 2
now copy the rose image and paste as NEW LAYER on the fill
go to layers and dulpicate the rose layer
on the copy go to image and mirror
lower the opacity to 50 on this layer and change the blend mode to "Hard Light"
now go to layers and merge all flat
now to add the borders
border 1 --- 4 pixels fill with tile 1
border 2--- 4 pixels fill with tile 2
border 3---4 pixels fill with tile 1
border 4--- 14 pixels fill with tile 2
Keep selected
go to 3 D effects and use these settings:
No to back to effects--geometrics--punch
set at 50%
select none and your finished
