This is another simple Tutorial
you will neeed my supplies you can get them  here  Layers are closed off
Ok let's get started

open a new file 600 x 600 pixels transparent background
1. open the my files
2.open the bottom layer and copy it and paste it to your working canvas as a new layer
3.now open your next layer (green layer)
copy it and paste as new layer
4.next open the next layer (smaller purple layer)
copy and paste it as a new layer
arrange these to look like mine
to use the image that i supplied all you do is open that layer and copy it and paste as new layer and center it on the small purple layer
if you are using a different image go though these steps:
5.click on your magic wand tolerance set a 20 feather 0
this will give you marching ants around the layer
have the image open that you are wanting to use copy it and paste it as a new layer on your working canvas
6.now click on the mover tool and place it where it looks the best (TIP) what is inside the marching ants is the part that will be left
7. now once you have it where you want it go to selections and click on invert
8. then hit delete on your keyboard once, this gets rid of the extra parts of your image
9.copy the flowers and paste them where you like and wham you are finished
10.place your text and merge layers VISIBLE and save a PNG file
