First let me explain what a Script is:

A script is a small file that does all the work for you;

Just download the script and place it in My PSP Files in your trusted Script Folder

you don't open it just drag it to that folder ok

now open PSP 8 or above

go to the top and click on file--scroll down to script click on run;

now a box will open up, from this box select the NC_Bow2

here is a screen shot of the box that will open;

your box will not have the same items in it as mine I have alot of scripts ok

but you get the idea

once you find the NC_Bow2 click Open

then it starts to make the Bow, from here on out keep clicking ok, when it ask you something

once the script stops you will have a finished Bow

now you can detail the Bow and make it look different

to do this use the magic wand and click inside each yellow part hold your shift button down to select all the areas at one time

now add a new layer and fill it with any color, gradient or pattern that you like, add any effects that you want this is totally up to you

now deselect

use the magic wand once again to click on your black lines now give it an inner bevel

Use these setting below or your own settings

now we need to work with our center area

for the outer ring of the center use your magic wand and click inside of it and add new layer and fill with the same color or pattern that you used before

go to Effects-- artistic effect --halftone and use these setting;

now we still have the very center to do

deselect and click on the free hand selection tool

draw a circle around your center part and add a new layer, fill just as before and then add the same effect (halftone)

then give it the same inner bevel as above

deselect and merge all layers VISIBLE save a PNG Format

this gives you the basic bow to work with you add the detail work

play around with and see what you come up with
