now open PSP up and open your image up

 

got to layers and promote to bkg layer

 

click on the freehand selection tool

use these settings

 

Now this part depends on how much you want to mist,

you can go with my example below

just draw around the part you want to mist

 

now go to image and scroll down to this:

 

now if everything went well you should have something like this:

at this point save it a a tube or you can export and a picture tube

got to file and follow the steps below:

now another little box will come up these are the setting you use (it is the default settings)

you will have to add the name of the misted tube yourself

 

now you have just finished making a misted tube,
