This is a sig, fully done by me, its not the way I first learned it, That was done fully in Animation Shop useing the Eraserm that way you always seemed to have stray pixels, that you didnt see till you posted it, this way, there aint any stray pixels, havent seen any other tuts doing it this way
Font used is Angelina (or any font you want to use)
Open your font, and minimse to your task bar
Open Paint Shop, Then Animation shop, Open a New Canvas ( The size depends on the length of your nic- For this one Joann, Mine is width-500 height-200 Transparent, Duplicate that Blank frame Twice, so you have THREE blank frames, Click on the THIRD blank frame to highlight it (Frame will be Red at the bottom and top) In that Third frame Click on your Text tool, Font Angelina -Size48 -Antialias Checked, Type your nic Hitting the space bar between letters (so there is a gap between letters) and place it on the Left of that Third Frame
Duplicate that Text Frame (again I cant say how manym depends on your nic, but the more frames you do, the smoother the Animationm and you can always delete unused frames at the end, For this name I wil duplicate so I have 40 Text Frames,
Ok now the work starts, lol, dont panic, its really rather easy, bit boring, cos you seem to be doing the same stuff all the time, But thats Animatuion for ya
Click on that First Text Frame, File -Export Frame - To Paint Shop Pro.
In Paint Shop, click on your Lasso Tool - Set at Point To Point, and lasso all BUT the FIRST letter
Then Hit Delete on your Keyboard, then Selections - None
Now think of how you would write that letter, and lasso most of it, leaving a little bit where you would start writing it
Then hit Delete on your keyboard - Selections - None
Now hit The Red X on that frame, When it asks if You Want To Update To Animation Shop, click Yes
Back in Animation Shop, Click on the next Full Text Frame, File -Export Frame - To Paint Shop Pro, again, lasso al but the FIRST letter, then Delete key on your keyboardm then lasso some more of that first letter, leaving more showing than last time (I dont know what letter you are doing, but just think how it would look if you were writing it ) Then Delete key on your Keyboardm then Selections - None, Again, hit the Red X, and Update back to Animation Shop
Back in Animation Shop, Click on the NEXT Full Text Frame, then File - Export frame - To Paint Shop Pro
In Paint Shop, lasso all BUT the first letter, then Delete key on your Keyboard, Selections - None
Lasso some of that first letter, leaving more showing than last time, then Delet key on your Keyboard, selections - None, Hit the Red X and update back to Animation Shop
In Animation Shop, click on the NEXT FULL Text frame, File- Export Frame -To Paint Shop Pro
In Paint Shop, Lasso all but the First letter. Delete key on your keyboard - Selections -None, Now I will leave that first letter complete, its done, so hit the red X, and Update to Animation Shop
In Animation Shop, Click on the next FULL TEXT Frame, File -Export Frame - To Paint Shop Pro
In Paint Shop, lasso all BUT the first TWO Letters
Delete key on your Keyboard, -Selections - None
Again think where you would start writing that letter, and lasso most of it, leaving that bit where you would start writing it Then Delete Key on your Keyboard -Selections -None, Hit the Red X and Update Back To Animation Shop
In Animation Shop, click on the next FULL TEXT frame, File -Export frame - To Paint Shop Pro, lasso all but the first TWO letters, Delete key on your Keyboard, -Selections - none
Lasso some of that second letter, leaving more showing than last time , Delete Key n your Keyboard -Selections -None
Hit the Red X and Update Back To Animation Shop
back in Animation Shop, click on the next FULL TEXT frame, File - Export Frame -To Paint Shop Pro , lasso all but the first TWO letters, Delete key on your Keyboard,-Selections -none
Again lasso some of that second letter,leaving more showing than last timem Delete key on your Keyboard,- Selections -None, then hit the RED X, and Update Back To Animation Shop
In Animation Shop, click on the next FULL TEXT frame, File - Export Frame -To Paint Shop Pro, lasso all but the first TWO letters, and Delete Key on your keyboard, lasso that second letter, leaving more showing than last time, Delete key on your Keyboard -Selections -None
In Animation Shop, click on the next FULL TEXT frame, File -Export Frame -To Paint Shop Pro. Lasso all but the first TWO letters, and Delete key on your keyboard - Selections - None, I will leave that second letter alone, its done, so hit the Red X, and Update Back To Animation Shop
Thats Two letters done, just do the same to the rest of your letters (If you dont have enough FULL TEXT frames, just duplicate the last frame till you have enough)
When all your text is done (you need an extra TWO full text frames at the end )
Time to add the Penhand, open it up in Animation Shop, Right click on it and Copy, click on the first frame (Blank frame) Right click-and Paste Into Selected Frame Place it on the Right Hand side of the frame
Right click on the second frame and -Paste Into Selected Frame, place it in the middle, like its moving over to start writing
Just keep Right clicking on each frame, and Paste Into Selected frame, think about the direction your hand would be goingin, if you were writng it and place it at the end of the bit of sig thats there
When you have placed them all, the Two Extra FULL TExt farmes that you havem place it like its leaving your text, when its all done right click on the first frame -Frame Properties and enter 100 where it says 10, now go to your last frame, right click -Frame Properties and enter 200 whee you see 10
Now just click on the film strip, and watch your Animation
Now just save as, your done
