This site is very cool-you can make your own animated siggys,send animated e-cards, all kinds of neat stuff.
It's free, but they also have a membership area if you really get into it.
I made this simple animated text siggy there...

Nicki try the link without the /index.html on it and it should work.. At first when i tried it didnt work for me til i tryed without the /index.html
