Have you scanned for spyware? Also have you run your virus checker?

If you did both of those did you do a system restore?

Have you thought of running a HiJack this and posting it for Judy in CF?

When I check history nothing is there..as I sed the pc seems to have gone back to factory settings.

 

 

Right..Puppy I cant get to CF cos the email addy I used for membership there is not this one..that i can remeber.

It is the another email addy..and i cant get the correct spelling and password for it..

in fact I have lost several of my email addys and will have to start again..sadly it means i have lost my groups i wa sin ..(gawd this keyboard!!Makes me look drunk early in the morning!!)

Yep..I managed to put avg back on (parker had installed another one..but I am only happy at moment with avg)

I also did a system restore.

I will make a hijack-this later today and save it in my notepad ..to post for Judy.

I,m gonna see if i can BB pc later today(when she is back from the tv filming at Whiteley clinic Guildford ..but without my email addy I dont think I will get far!

(another tip..dont be a plonker and assume cos u have your email addys in yer notepads etc on pc that you will always remeber them hahah..you need to write them down elsewhere indoors!!)

 

Penny sounds is if parker is now Administrator of your Computer that is why you are not getting into mail you are a guest. I had this a while ago I am trying to remember how I fixed it It was not guest id it was another id I was creating.get parker to go to control panel and then accounts and see what is in there try to changes parker's name to yoursand make him guest or secomd id  but YOU must be

Administrater of your PC.

Poshy I cannot understand why you have lost all your groups.

Why do u need email addy to get into groups?

When I bought my new laptop and switched on everything was still there on the server the instant I switched my lappy on.

Even all my friends were still there on my IM.

They just appeared as soon as I switched new PC on.

I am at a loss as to why you need your email addy to get in. I just click an icon on my desktop to get to all my groups.

Maybe I am just a thick-O hahaha!

but the nicname addy (another mail addy of mine) i use for other groups is NOT this email addy nor is it Penny2.

so far I have managed to save this Penny2 nicname email addy which is the one starting cs*******and only groups i use THIS name for is ALL the pennys groups...and MHM.No other groups.

 

my nicname penny farthing is on a email addy starting Penelope*******

 

my nicname Poshy is on an email addy starting MZ****************

and THAT is the email addy I cant get how I spelt the weird email addy name  nor can i remeber the password.Thats the nam I use in other groups..ya ear me?/

 

I also have a Penny parker 69 nicname and that is on an email addy starting

the very first email account I had (when i got pc and was admin..

was carol******sommat *******and 7 numbers.****** blah blah blah and i can not remember the numbers after it ..no it was not 69..and none of my passwords have or ever had 69 in it!!

so unless i can find that email addy ..i cant do nowt.

it all got wiped out.

I shall just have to use the 2 email addys I can remeber..

this one which links up to Penny2 name..

and Th othe rone which links up to Penny farthing nicname.

It would be so easy if I had just ONE nicname and email addy..but as I needed so much storage to run Pennysplace..pennysmanagers and then post in other groups..I opened up new email acounts and nicnames..thinking I woz being clever..er it sortta backfired.
