Sounds like this weekend is down for recipe work.  Although I did get a bit confused with the amounts / quantities listed so I may have to spend most of the time trying to work out conversions  - grams, ounces, cups & spoons etc...

Good luck all you weekend writers

Hannah,
We can help with the conversions. Just send your recipes and we can put the US equivalents next to the UK amounts for you. The cookbook has conversion guidelines included as well.

How on earth does that site work?! I tried entering a recipe. After finally figuring out how to enter, "it" wouldn't accept the recipe because there were parts without ingredients. The recipe only had one part!?? I tried deleting the other parts - no luck!

I'm going to try and clear the mud.  If anyone is trying to enter their own and they don't see the unit or measurment they need.  All you have to do is click on the plus sign to the left and space pops up for you to type it in.  It should be there next time you need it. I hope this helps.

I've added a new catagory to This n That - Old Time Rememdies!  I think that could be fun.  We always here things like how to stop hiccups, etc.

I admit that when I first entered recipes and I started with the Frosty Paws(Bruno's favorite) that only had 4 ingredients that I was a little annoyed when I entered the information but once you get the hang of it it is not that difficult...so lets get to it and keep those recipes rolling!!!! Bruno would love some other interesting doggie recipes!!!!!

I just sent in a bunch... I just catered a friend's christmas party (50+ people) and they wanted an authenic italiam-themed menu... so I put a fantastic menu together with a big mix of different pasta dishes and several baked/braised dishes...  all of them got rave reviews so I thought I would share with my HK friends...

Thanks for the recipes, Mike. I just did the same thing for some recipes that were used at parties over the last few weeks. Can't wait to maybe test some of yours.

During these Holidays, is the best time for gathering those recipes from relatives.  Group them together and get them sent in so they will be in 1 place for future references.  Add family stories.  Makes it that much better.  Merry Christmas!
