I have a question about this event piece.  On the last Optional Order Form just mailed out there was a space for additional orders.  I thought that 2 per attendee was the maximum that could be ordered.  Are there still some available OR did that event piece sell out?  I am confused about how the ordering stands for that event piece?  Jane

Hi Jane,
You were right, each attendee has the option of ordering up to (and only two) Dead Man Jest II.  The form that was in the December mailing was developed to include more recent offerrings such as the optional outings, Cookbook, and the Plunder and Loot pendants.

When the order for pieces was placed with the factory, we usually add a few extra pieces to try to cover anyone who had not ordered by the deadline.  We are still taking registrations, so we try to have enough to assure that all attendees have the chance to get the extra pieces.  If there are any extras by the time the event rolls around, they will be offerred to attendees as we have done at previous events.  There will be an order form in your registration package.  If the demand exceeds the supply, then there will be a lottery of sorts, i.e. each request put in a hat and "right to buy" winners drawn until they are all gone.  Hope that make sense.

So if anyone hasn't ordered her or his quota, now is the time to get your orders in.  Payment must be received by February 1st.

Hi, Pat,
Payment needs to be received by February 1st for any ordered items, right?  I want to make sure since that's only another couple weeks.
