Maybe you could do a "Treasure Map" game where the treasure map is partially blank.
Each member of the HK Event committee has a "code name" equal to one of the suggestions for the Andrea pendant. Each committee member would have one clue to help complete the directions on the map (mulitple copies of the same clue to give out to any attendee who asks for a clue). Attendees would have to collect all of the clues to complete their treasure map correctly. Once completed, the map gives the location of where to turn in the map for a prize drawing. (Having a large "X" marks the spot on the location wouldn't hurt either!). You could make it easy or difficult to find the people bearing the clues, or you could make the clues easy or difficult to follow. You could have several boxes marked "X" and only those entries placed in the correct box (according to the Treasure Map) are used in the drawing. It depends on how challenging you want to make the game.
You could give clues as directions and "paces", for example: "Starting at the registration desk, walk 21 paces south"...
The clues would be numbered so that attendees would know what order to read them in and how to complete their map!
A drawing could be done from all of the correctly completed maps and a prize awarded to the name drawn. Or if you want to make the award "gold dubloons", you could draw several winners.
