Hi Hannah,
The hotel information I found is at the following link. There is a shuttle for $21. one way. There might be a round trip fee as well. This is about the most reasonable one I have found. I have never taken a shuttle in Orlando and I will be driving down there, so somebody else might have better information.

When I went to Disney World in the last couple of years, the Cinderella Castle no longer carried the pieces. I found them at Downtown Disney and at one of the stores in the Animal Kingdom. I never saw them at Epcot, but it was probably because I never looked there. I already had my pieces.

In doing my research I found thru the suggestion of the Frommer's Orlando guide book a site that really helps answer questions that you might have if visiting the Disney Theme Parks, or Universal or Sea World. The site is www.allearsnet.com .
We had questions about the Flowere Power Shows and the Illunination fireworks and it was very easy to navigate thru this site to find the answers.
