Leanna, Will ya'll be mailing out another letter before the event letting us know about the Raffle of a life time & other stuff. What is going on about the weekly doubloon drawings? It has been a long long time since the last drawing. Pep us up! Let's get the juices flowing! Jane |

Hi Jane, We are very busy getting another mailing that will go out early next week. I've been busy creating the documents while Pat and Johnia have been very busy the enclosures. Here is what you will get: - A cover letter with a few "last minute" updates.
- It also contains information from the local club (Harmony Florida Suncoast) about the Wednesday night plans and items that you might bring to donate to their charity, Florida Baptist Children's Home
- An invoice that shows everything that you have ordered and everything that you have paid. Johnia is producing the invoices as she completes entering everyone's orders and payments.
- A ticket that shows your registration time on Friday morning. Please do not try to register before your alloted time. The times were assigned based upon the order that you registered for the event last year.
- If you registered for optional outings, you will get a letter with instructions on who, what, where and when. I made a trip to Orlando on Monday to verify all of the details with the various sites.
- If you registered for optional outings, you will also get a ticket for you to bring to the outing to confirm your reservation and redeem for your Goodie Bag.

Kay, The last event was in 2006. All Leanna means is that your registration number is based on when you signed up for this years event...and most of us signed up last year. Hope this helps. Lynda |

I, too, will be leaving early on the trip South (bright and early on the 2nd). I'm driving from Maryland and stopping in Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, and Jensen Beach before getting to the hotel on the 9th. Hope my mailing gets to me before I leave. Ray |

Kay, It is by registration number that you see on all of your correspondence from Pat. The lower the number, the sooner you register. I believe that our registration numbers go up to 119. Leanna |

Vanda, Our intention was to have the last mailing out by now. So far, I have only been able to get a small number out. The mailer was to have the final invoice, but there have been problems with these. I will be sending a group e-mail later to everyone whose letter hasn't gone out yet. I'll be letting them know that I will put their letter in the mail tomorrow absent the invoice. There will be a copy of everyone's invoice in their registration package. Johnia request that no one send checks if you have an outstanding balance because it is likely that she will not get them before she leaves for Florida. I have sent hundreds of confirmations. All payments were supposed to be in by February 1st or 15th at the latest. If you are paying by credit card or Paypal, you can call Johnia at 770-329-6466 to give her your ok to charge any balance. Otherwise, if a person has a balance due, he/she will have to go to HOP Central in the pre-function area, resolve the payment, before being able to go through registration. The best laid plans often go awry!!! I do apologize for this delay in mailing. Anyway, Vanda, your letter will go out tomorrow. Pat Registrar |
