You should fly into the TF Green Airport, Providence, RI (it is actually in Warwick, RI). It is a small airport with 2 wings. Very easy to navigate... you walk from either wing to the center area and go down the escalator for your bags - again on the left or right. Go out the doors in the center and there are the shuttles or drive thru pick-up areas.

 

SW flies into RI a lot and has many great deals. I go home from Texas once of twice a year for usually $200-$300 round trip. I got one trip for $149 round trip.

 

There is a shuttle service that can be set up to take people straight to the hotel in Newport. It has a flat rate fee... they stated it would be good to schedule several people around the same time and share. We will send out more information as it nears convention time to have current rates (gas is exploding in price!), time schedules, etc.

 

I can't wait!!! I get an extra trip home to RI... and Halloween time is perfect. The air is crisp and clean.
