I didn't get any thing in the raffle of a lifetime but since I won twice on Friday the dollar raffle I'm not too disappointed. I didn't hear who won the Paint Your Own contest. The 2009 convention is going to be in Newport, Rhode Island the weekend after Columbus Day. I won't be flying home until monday. I didn't snag one of the purple parrots but I did see one. They are certainly very pretty.
It was a wonderful time had by all. A lot of the pirates have headed home and some are going to continue their travels further. It was wonderful seeing everyone and until next October...
