I was wondering when the cookbooks were going to be mailed out.  Can someone post some information on that?  I know there are lots of us that paid for the shipping of the books.  I'm looking forward to getting mine and the extra ones I ordered are for gifts so there is a time issue invovled.
 
Thanks in advance for posting the info and for putting together such a great cookbook.  I just glanced at it a bit at the convention.
