There is a thread started at Elechat if you are a member.  Otherwise, you just go to the Sanctuary site posted and open different areas they have on now, and throughout the evening they will add more.

Evidentally the Sanctuary will be posting all of the videos on their YouTube site after they have been viewed by members.  So that is another way to see what they have planned for us.  I still haven't gone to check the videos already opened.

Oh my....if you haven't checked the video's .....do check the one for Ned.  Having watched him arrive, and to see him now is such a transformation.  Granted, he hasn't put on weight, but he has built up muscle tone and looks so much better.  You can see his happiness and his wonder in his eyes.

Alas, I was in bed by 9:15 so I didn't get to see the full par-tay.   I'm thankful the videos are on Youtube now.

I was concerned that the message from Carol & Scott described Ned's conditon as "tenuous".  That is not good.  Nini, have you seen any odds on whether Ned is likely to die?  I sure hope the poor boy can enjoy many years of freedom and happiness.

Carol would not use that word loosely.  Lota enjoyed Sanctuary for such a short time before she too passed.  And if you go back and look at pictures of her, she and Ned look so much alike.  Lota had enjoyed....if you can ENJOY chains....a long life, and at least the end was happy.  Ned is so young.

We can just hope and pray that Neds vets (and vet worldwide network) figure out what ails him soon.

I just re-watched Ned's video.  Have tissues handy folks.  He looks so happy now.  At the end, it said 1400 messages of health and hope on his page alone, not counting the many from emails and letters.  I would like to see 60 mins, animal planet or something like that do a two hour special dedicated to the sanctuary, telling the girls and Ned's story and bring into the public light the truth behind zoos and circuses.  I know some education has gotten to folks but they need lots more to stop the horrors these sensitive, intelligent animals go thru.

I wonder if there's a dirty job that we could send to Mike Rowe so he could go out there and film.  He does a good job of getting information out while entertaining.

Nini, you should ask.  I would be happy to submit it for them.
