Hashbrown Casserole
(Just like Cracker Barrels)

Ingredients:

2 lbs frozen hash browns

1/2 cup melted margarine

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pint sour cream

1/2 cup chopped onions

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:


MIX the above ingredients together.

BAKE in a 11 x 14 baking dish for 45 minutes at 350º F or until brown on top.

ALLOW to rest for 3 minutes before serving.

SERVE with toast or hot biscuits.
