Hi Everyone, I will post this here for you as a quick reference guide:

I come on the site ready to answer posts at 11:00 am

If I am posting med articles or updating items prior to that time, I will not necessarily see your post on the General Board. I am not looking at the General Board, I am working in an entirely different area. If there is an emergency you will need to call an emergency center in your area as I am not equipped to handle 911 emergencies.

I leave the site from answering posts for the day at 1:00 am for the final time.

I do leave the site from answering posts during the day for rest breaks as I need them, if I am going to take a nap and not have my computer on, I will post that. Rest breaks and naps are essential to my health and well-being.

I am able to answer all posts in a reasonable amount of time during the hours posted. I am not super-human and do need sleep, I cannot maintain my health if I do not sleep and rest as my body requires. Please respect that, I don't expect any of you to be available 24 hours a day, I cannot do it either. Even though I wish I could be here 24/7 I cannot. I am only one person. Each and every one of you are very important to me and I am doing my very best.

(If there is going to be deviation in this schedule, and there certainly will be, look for the changes posted on the General Board. A reasonable amount of time to answer a post is within one hour if I am on the board.)

Hello Everyone,

It is time to update my schedule again as it has been a while and we all go through changes. I have not changed it since the fire and new diagnoses so I had better do this.

I will try to be on site by noon EST each day. I have appointments a few days weekly that will put me off for those days I will attempt to notify you in advance of those appointments.

I will need to take a rest period for my eyes every couple of hours. My eyesight is getting worse but if I can lie down and rest them every other hour or so it's better.

I will be leaving the site around 4:30 pm EST to 6:30 pm EST for homework and dinnertime every day. I leave my computer on and email open so if you need to talk just post a message on the General Board and I will be notified immediately through my email. If I am in the room I will answer within a few minutes, if not I will answer as soon as I get back in the room. All posted messages come directly to me and I am audibly notified when they post. I am able to meet you in the Chat Room, if the need arises, during the hours of 1:00 pm. EST & 4 pm EST and 6:30 pm EST & 11:00 pm EST (Only if I am home of course.) Please feel free to post a "Shout" on the General Board to ask me to join you. Remember you need to pre-register for your chat password prior to your first use of the Chatroom. I do not get a copy of your password so if you lose it, you will have to re-register. If you have trouble registering for Chat because of browser difficulties or ISP issues etc., send me an email via the tools on the left menu bar and I will send you a General Pasword that you can use to enter. Again, you will be the only one to have that password so keep it safe.
