If I am posting med articles or updating items after this time, I will not see your post on the General Board. I am not looking at the General Board, I am working in an entirely different area. If there is an emergency you will need to call an emergency center in your area as I am not equipped to handle 911 emergencies.
I do leave the site from answering posts during the day for rest breaks as I need them, if I am going to take a nap and not have my computer on, I will post that. Rest breaks and naps are essential to my health and well-being.
I am able to answer all posts in a reasonable amount of time during the hours posted. I am not super-human and do need sleep, I cannot maintain my health if I do not sleep and rest as my body requires. Please respect that, I don't expect any of you to be available 24 hours a day, I cannot do it either. Even though I wish I could be here 24/7 I cannot. I am only one person. Each and every one of you are very important to me and I am doing my very best.
(If there is going to be deviation in this schedule, and there certainly will be, look for the changes posted on the General Board. A reasonable amount of time to answer a post is within one hour if I am on the board.)
