Well this just happened last week..he went for a visit for the first time in forever and then decides not to go back..in her old papers it says she has custody til he's 19 yrs old..and she went to court before when he owed like 15 thousand and they told him to pay up but they didn't arrest him..he doesn't have a drivers license & works for cash under the table..but Frankies girlfriend asked for the address and he tore it off the top of a check..so he must have a checking account with the current wife..she has been in contact with someone who said they would help, so let's see..He is 16 years old now, so they may just say he's old enough to make his own choice..here in Calif. the take your Drivers license away for back child support.. |
