Hello everyone, we have been  blessed with another precious message from Carrie. Lots of love, light, hugs and blessings.

What Action Shall I Take Right Now?

The cure for your worry and for improving your circumstances is exactly the same.  Come into this moment right now.  Take a deep breath and become present.  Move down into the center of your body, into the center of you, this moment, where the breath lies still and quiet, where the peace lies like a still pool of water.  Come down into this place, so deep that you can hear the great deep breath of the universe as it inhales and exhales, saying now, now and now.

Come deep down into this present moment until there is nothing else.  And here, you will find that you are all right, that in this place there is nothing to be corrected, no wrong to be righted, no issue to be resolved.  In this place of this moment, all is well.

And then come deeper, deeper, further down into the pool of peace.  And here, deep, deep into this pool, you will discover the little bubbles of joy that arise out of the peace, joy simply in being alive, joy in joining the universe in taking that deep breath in and out, the breath of now, now, and now.

Then ride the bubbles up and know the pool of peace as love, all love, unending love, love for you, surrounding you always.

And after you have basked in this, in the joy, in the love and peace, after you have rested here until you are quite recovered, until your mind is clear and lucid, then ask:  What action shall I take right now?
