Appetizer, Southwestern Corn and Walnut Dip - 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ground red chile pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- With a mixer, blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chile pepper, cumin, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in corn, walnuts, and onion.
- Cover and refrigerate.
