Spirit Guides
Spirit Guides can first appear to us in many forms,
and when we don't realize who the guides are,
we can overlook their presence.
Spirit Guides can appear to us in
Visions~ Dreams~ Meditation~our " thoughts" and in the physical world.
It has been defined that Spirit Guides will never appear to us without our asking for their presence, so how can they seem to appear involuntary.? Consciously or unconsciously we have requested their presence. Also though, as we understand the weavings of the dark ones who attempt to access our life and spirit, we have to be extremely careful. By following specific communications we can keep ourselves safe from the predators of darkness.
Who are our Spirit Guides.?
Spirit guides can be defined in many forms.
Loved ones who have crossed over to the other side can appear
to us as guides.Also, " spirits" who we have had relationships in other incarnations(life times) can also come to us to assist us in this life cycle.! Also we have Spirits who are called " old Souls". These Spirits were the first to be brought into Creation by the Creator. When we are brought to " birth" in the spirit world, we all are created in " spirit Form".....and when we are given " spirit, we join others, which we will call " soul groups". When in this life cycle we become linked up with souls who were with us at conception of our spirits This is normal along our path and usually the connecting with others in our soul group does not define them as guides, but in this life cycle we reunite to continue the path as a group. Also, Spirit Guides can appear in Human form, usually to teach us a very defining lesson and guidance and once the lesson is learned , that guide moved away from our life, although some may stay a lifetime.! usually when they manifest in human form, they are the " old Souls" and are present for a very specific lesson. Those Old souls are those first " created into spirit" and have had the most incarnations in human form, making these spirits very knowledgable in assisting us with our life lessons.! Also, Spirit Guides can appear in animal form, called Animal Guides. They can be with al a long time or for a short period of time. Animal Guides can appear and make it obvious by their physical presense that they are attemtping to connect with us and share their medicine for a life lesson. Spirit Guides, as guided from the " other side" as always souls who have lived out many incarnations and have the wisdom and understanding to guide us thru our lessons on this life path.
What is the purpose of having Guides?
1. Guides are presented to us to teach us..to bring lessons
2.Guides are to bring us back to a place of " consciousness" and knowing that we had when we entered this world as a spirit into phsycial form, but as we continue on the path, the knowledge, the knowing and innocence we came with is lost, and so the guides present themselves to restore a part of the knowledge we lost. When we enter into this incarnation, we are birthed with a certain ' contract' to fulfill...certain lessons and life experiences which are needed for our growth and wisdom in " spirit". Those memories of our original contract are lost in the human experience, and so we need " assistance" with restoring those lessons to our path.
The most common of spirit guides are Animals Guides and ' imaginary friends". As children wecommunicate with our guides although that knowledge is lost as we mature.
when we enter into a " life contract"..those elements that are decided prior to our physical birth certain elements are defined:
we are first in agreement with the Creator as to the specific life lessons we need to move thru in order for our soul to advance and grow..
1. We have agreed to who are parents will be
2. We have agreed to certain life experiences we will encounter based on the lessons we need or others in our life.
3. We agree to a specific " Spirit" being our primary Spirit Guide, who will be with us thru out of life, although that will not become consxiously known to us perhaps to much later in life. It is common that are primary Spirit Guide in this incarnation is a Spirit of whom when we were " birthed with a spirit" was with us and those who were birthed into spirit the same time, form the soul groups. So it is common that our Spirit Guide is a Spirit from our soul group.
4. It is common for us to have 2 to 7 spirit guides but usually the number that are assisting us at any given time and can gather collectivly to assist us is 5 spirit guides.!
5. Our primary " Animal Guide" is the Animal who you entered into agreement with prior to your phsyical birth to be your primary animal guide.! This is not the same as the astrological, birth totems most of us know of.
How will our Spirit Guides Contact us? How do you know they are here?
1. those " gut' feelings...guidance and emotions we can't explain~ a sense of knowing and understanding which we havent experienced before.
2. fragrances. Spirit Guides are known for certain scents...perhaps with the appearacne of a spirit guide you sense a familar scent? jasmine? lemon? Sweet fragrances. If a family member who has crossed appears, it will usually include some scent that you associate with them.
3. feelings...changes in your environment that you can't explain..a shift in energy around you....also, this can include more physical forms of communication such as lights going on and off....lights flickering...doors opening...sounds in other rooms...abnormal sounds.
4. Also we can catch glimpes of them....like out of the corner of your eye..it is not a full view or seeing in the physical, but more like a whisp of light...a shadow.
5. physcial sensations...being hot or cold, getting goosebumps, feelings like someone is standing beside you.....behind you.
now, you say you havent experienced any of these...now, reflect back on those" things' those thoughts that appeared without consciousness...call this random thoughts...your gut feelings ~we call these involuntary thoughts. You cannot will these thoughts into your consciousness and you cannot think into reality what your guides are sending you.! So, in those moments when you had those random thoughts and information you are being given these from your spirit guides..subtle, so you have to pay attention...this is where the communications begin
A spirit Guide will NEVER appear to you without your first seeking them to communicate with you. A Spirit Guide will never direct you or your life...demanding you turn this way or that way on the path.....a Spirit Guide is to assist you with the lessons YOU have to learn on the path, gently giving you the guidance you need for that lesson. Once you are very connected with your guides, they can come without you directly requesting them...your communicating with them becomes very personal once you become aquanted with them. So the more you work with your guides, the easier it will become to connect and also to know if a dark spirit is attempting to connect ...stating they are your spirit guide. That does happen, so you have to be aware, but how do you define that? Listen to that inner guidance...that gut feeling that tells you something is wrong.....
so to begin
entities of darkness are always looking for an access ..always looking for a way into your spirit...so you must protect yourself anytime you are connecting with your spirit guides.
This involves prayer and purification.
This is in the concious communications
if you do NOT the communications you receive will NOT be from your Spirit Guides / The Angels/The Creator...it will always be from the dark spirits.
Always smudge first..do a purification and then prayer, requesting that only your spirit guides are with you ...and as you are in the 'light" all darkness shall be banished from where you are..you make it very clear that by your actions and your heart that you are to communicate with your Spirit guides/The Creator/The Angels....and in doing the smudging and prayer, this will protect you as you have opened up your heart to recieve your guides with love and assistance.
so remember, in the beginning, as you seek your Spirit Guides, remember that they will only come to you, atleast in the beginning of your relationship when you call for them specifically.! As you become familiar with your guides, they can come to you without directly asking.....but always pay close attention to the info you are receiving,....anytime it doesnt FEEL right....pay attention to that and remove yourself from that communication immediately.
Many use card readings.....this is ones preference, but as the Creator came to me and explained, why would I use such tools when all you must do is listen to your heart for the answers and the Creator and all life sources connect thru the pure spirit . This was given to me years ago when I was using the Medicine Cards. Since then, I have learned to quiet my heart, and call upon the guides and they have always appeared as they should.! To strengthen our connection to the Creator~ to Great Mystery ...and OUR guides, we need to learn to listen and TRUST that voice within...there is shall be pure and right.!!!
