Radishes are good for the gallbladder, bladder, coughs, bronchitis
and rheumatism. Too much may aggravate the stomach.
USES: Antispasmodic, astringent, carminative, cholagogue, diuretic,
expectorant.

DOSAGE: Use as food. Raspberry
Raspberry leaves are excellent for nausea and vomiting. They are very
beneficial for pregnancy, uterus and female organs in general.

DOSAGE: Leaves: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 to 12 times
daily. Rauwolfia
Rauwolfia is probably the strongest natural Tranquilizer. Since the
1950's, its active chemical, Reserpine, has been prescribed in the
West.
USES: Calmative, hypnotic, sedative. Red Clover
Red Clover is good for the blood and the lungs. It's main use today,
however, is to fight cancer. While one should not rely solely on Red
Clover to fight cancer it does include useful substances like
Genisteine. Genisteine inhibits the manufacture of an enzyme that
produces ortho-phospho-tyrosine, which is one of several indicators
for cancer. Red Clover is also said to be a good tonic for the nerves.
USES: Diuretic, expectorant
A.K.A.: Wild clover, Common clover
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling tea; 6 to 12 times daily or
more. Red Current
Red Current berries are useful to bring down fever. It tones the
stomach and the body.
USES: Appetizer, fever, laxative, nutritious, refrigerant,
sialogogue, stomachic.
A.K.A.: Garden current, Wineberry, Garnetberry
DOSAGE: Use as food or drink juice. Red Root
Red Root, also New Jersey Tea, stops bleeding, expels phlegm, calms
the nerves and relieves cramps. Red Root is very useful for the
spleen and helps in cases of melancholy and despondency (dejection;
depression from loss of hope and courage). It is useful for
bronchitis, asthma, whooping cough and consumption.
USES: Astringent, expectorant, sedative.
A.K.A.: New Jersey tea, Walpole tea, Wild snowball.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 times daily. Red Sage
Red Sage has a beneficial effect on the heart, nerves and the blood.
Clinical studies have shown it to be effective for angina pectoris,
cerebral arteriosclerosis, phlebitis, high blood pressure, poor
circulation, high cholesterol, irritability and palpitations.
USES: Anti-inflammatory, calmative, cardiac, hepatic.
A.K.A.: Chinese sage.
DOSAGE: 1 gram 3 to 12 times daily. Reishi
Reishi strengthens the Immune-system. It is a tonic for body and mind
and used for: angina pectoris, bronchitis, hepatitis, tumors and
cancer. Science now supports many of these claims. Reishi's RNA was
found to fight viral infection by increasing production of
Interferon. Reishi was also found to inhibit growth of some of the
worst bacteria. In Japan Reishi is officially listed as a substance
for the treatment of cancer.
USES: Antibacterial, anti-cancerous, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory,
hepatic, immunostimulatory, tonic
A.K.A.: Ganoderma
DOSAGE: Capsules: As directed. Restharrow
Restharrow is used for gout, rheumatism, kidney and bladder problems.
It is a very safe diuretic.
USES: Aperient, diuretic.
A.K.A.: Cammock, Stayplough
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 to 6 cups daily.
Rhubarb
This one and the related cultivated garden variety are used as food.
The stalks are used as a heart tonic and is good for constipation.
Warning: The leaves are poisonous and have led to deadly accidents.
USES: Laxative, diuretic.
A.K.A.: Garden rhubarb
DOSAGE: Use as food Ribwort plantain
Ribwort plantain has the same properties as Plantago major. See
Plantain.
USES: Astringent, demulcent, expectorant, hemostatic
A.K.A.: Lance-leaf plantain, Chimney sweeps, Snake plantain, Ribwort.
DOSAGE: Powder: 1 teaspoon with 1 glass of water; 3 to 9 times daily.
Tea: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water 3 to as often as needed.
Roman Chamomile
Chamomile is chiefly used to settle an upset stomach and for
gastritis. This herb has similar properties as the real Chamomile.
USES: Tonic, stomachic, spasmolyticum
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 to 12 times daily.
Rose
Rose petals are used as a nerve-, stomach- and heart tonic. Rose hips
have a higher content of Vitamin C than Oranges. Rose Hips
Rose Hips contain more Vit C than oranges. They also contain many
other Vitamins, Minerals and Bioflavonoids like Rutin. Bioflavonoids
are sometimes referred to as Vitamin P. Rutin is known to strengthen
the blood vessels and is therefore useful in the prevention of brain
stroke. Buckwheat and Cayenne pepper are used for the same purpose
and may be used in combination. Rose Hips strengthen the whole System
and are useful for colds and infections.
USES: Antiscorbutic, tonic. Rosemary
Rosmarin increases the flow of the bile and calms the stomach.
Rosemary is an excellent tonic for the heart, the stomach, the
circulatory system, the nervous system and the brain. Warning: Large
amounts digested may produce severe side-effects.
USES: Antispasmodic, carminative, cholagogue, emmenagogue,
stimulant, stomachic.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times daily. Rue
Rue strengthens blood vessels. It contains Bioflavonoids, which are
known as Vitamin P. Some of them like Rutin strengthen vessels and
capillaries. Rue is used for high blood pressure, to prevent brain
stroke, to help expel many poisons from the system and age related
deposits. Rue helps for varicose veins, inflamed tendons and
ligaments. It has been applied for sciatica and neuralgia. Warning:
The fresh plant may cause dermatitis in some people. Large amounts of
Rue digested may also cause negative side-effects.
USES: Anthelmintic, carminative, emmenagogue, stimulant, stomachic.
A.K.A.: Common rue, Garden rue, German rue, Herb of Grace.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Running Myrtle
Vinca minor has shown promise in treating memory and concentration
problems possibly by improving the blood supply to the brain. Vinca
minor is used for diarrhea, excessive menstruation and bleeding. It
has sedative properties and improves memory. Some suggest Periwinkle
for nervous conditions like hysteria and fits.
USES: Astringent, sedative
A.K.A.: Periwinkle
DOSAGE: Powder: Half a teaspoon up to a full teaspoon; 3 times daily.
Rupterwort
Rupterwort is a remedy for all urinary problems and dropsy. It
increases sodium and urea emissions without increasing the flow of
urine.
USES: Diuretic
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 to 6 times daily.
Safflower
Safflower strengthens the liver, gallbladder, heart and urinary
system. It reduces cholesterol and uric acid. A hot tea can be used
to induce perspiration.
USES: Diaphoretic, diuretic.
A.K.A.: American safflower, False safflower
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 times daily. To
induce perspiration take 1 full teaspoon. Saffron
Saffron reduces cholesterol and uric acid. It is recommended for
strengthening the heart, lungs and digestive system and helps to
stabilize the blood sugar level. Saffron is also useful for coughs,
colic and insomnia. Warning: Large amounts may have serious side-
effects!
USES: Anodyne, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, appetizer, emmenagogue,
expectorant, sedative.
A.K.A.: Autumn crocus
DOSAGE: 6 stigmas with a glass of water; once or twice daily. Sage
Sage is good for mouth and throat infections, diarrhea, gastritis,
enteritis, leucorrhea, laryngitis, tonsillitis, trembling and
depressions. It is also used to improve memory and concentration. It
is useful for coughs and as an expectorant and should be part of any
tonic for the nerves. Sage is known to reduce excessive perspiration.
Warning: Large amounts may cause unwanted side-effects.
USES: Antihydrotic, antispasmodic, astringent.
A.K.A.: Garden sage
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times daily.
Sanicle
The American Sanicle stops bleeding, reduces certain tumors, ulcers,
excessive menstruation, fever, chorea, and is an excellent tonic for
the whole system. Sanicle is also useful as a gargle for throat and
mouth. The European Sanicle is used for lung and stomach complaints,
mouth and throat inflammations, and internal bleedings.
USES: Astringent, expectorant, styptic, nervine.
A.K.A.: American sanicle, Black snakeroot, Black sanicle.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; twice daily
Sarsaparilla
Sarsaparilla contains the hormones testosterone and progesterone.
Also vitamins A, C, D, the B-group and many important minerals like
Zinc and Iodine. Sarsaparilla is a good tonic and strengthener for
the thyroid and the whole body. It assists in healing of any kind and
is useful as a blood purifier.
USES: Carminative, diaphoretic, diuretic, tonic.
A.K.A.: Red sarsaparilla, Spanish sarsaparilla.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times daily.
Sassafras
Sassafras is a tonic for the liver, the pituitary gland and the body.
It is a diuretic and is used for skin diseases, psoriasis, intestinal
problems like gas, and to reduce fever, colic and cramps.
USES: Anodyne, antiseptic, diaphoretic, diuretic, stimulant.
A.K.A.: Ague tree, Saxifrax, Cinnamon wood.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Savory
Savory is good for intestinal problems. It aids the stomach and is
good for cramps, nausea, indigestion and diarrhea. As a gargle
Savory, Sage, and Thyme have been used for sore throat and internally
to stimulate the nerves. Some say that it can be used as an
aphrodisiac. In Europe it has been called the Sage of the poor people
because it has some of the same properties.
USES: Astringent, carminative, expectorant, stimulant, stomachic.
A.K.A.: Bean herb, Summer savory.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times daily.
Saw Palmetto
Saw Palmetto is an excellent stimulant for the glands and the
reproductive organs. It aids digestion, bronchitis, asthma, phlegm
and the urinary tract. Like Willow Herb and Pumpkin Seeds, Saw
Palmetto is useful for the enlarged and inflamed prostate.
USES: Diuretic, expectorant, tonic.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon with 1 glass of water; 2 to 3 times daily.
Schisandra
Schisandra is a strengthener for the immune-system and an excellent
tonic for nervous disorders, cough, asthma, thirst, frequent
urination and diarrhea. Like St. John's Wort is has been called
the 'Herbal Prozac. Schisandra has shown to be effective against
Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Its main use is as a tonic for lungs,
kidneys, liver, and sex organs.
USES: Rejuvenative, tonic. Yin and Yang tonic.
DOSAGE: Berries have to be soaked for a few hours to flush out the
high content of tannin, which would be hard on the stomach. 1
teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water, simmer for 15 minutes; 3 to 9
times daily. Skullcap
Skullcap should be added to any formula addressing the nerves. It is
used for hysteria, restlessness, neuralgia, insomnia, spasms, tremors
and epilepsy. Other uses are: High blood pressure, fever,
Parkinson's, alcohol- and drug withdrawal.
USES: Antispasmodic, calmative, diuretic, sedative, tonic.
A.K.A.: Blue skullcap, Blue pimpernel, Helmet flower, Hoodwort.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 times daily. Scurvy
Grass
Scurvy Grass has once been used as a source of vitamin C to treat the
disease that gave it its name. It is also recommended as a blood
purifier and for diseases such as: Rheumatism and dropsy.
USES: Diuretic, stomachic, tonic.
A.K.A.: Scrubby grass, Spoonwort
DOSAGE: Use fresh juice. Seaweed
All seaweeds are mainly used for thyroid deficiencies because of
their iodine content.
USES: Antibiotic, nutritious, tonic.
A.K.A.: Algea
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon with 1 glass of water; twice daily. Senega
Senega's main use is for all kinds of lung problems, which include
asthma, bronchitis, congestion, pleurisy, pneumonia, hay fever and
whooping cough. It is also useful for various poisonings and has been
used by Indians and Settlers for snake-bite. Warning: Large amounts
have serious side-effects!
USES: Cathartic, diaphoretic, emetic, expectorant, stimulant.
A.K.A.: Senega Snakeroot, Milkwort.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Senna
Seines are excellent for stubborn constipation and liver problems. It
is listed as Cathartic and Cholagogue. See also Chinese Senna with
similar properties. There is also the American Senna.
USES: Cathartic, cholagogue, diuretic, vermifuge.
A.K.A.: Alexandrian Senna
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; Once in the evening.
Sesame
Sesame seeds contain an astonishing variety of useful nutrients. The
seeds contain Syringic-acid, which is a strong Antioxidant. They also
contain lignin’s, which have Estrogenic properties and are useful
for menopause symptoms and cancer. Sesame seeds and Flax oil are also
useful for lupus and heart disease. Other beneficial chemicals found
in Sesame include: Ferric-acid, Phonemic compounds, and Tocopherols.

DOSAGE: Powder: 2 grams 3 times daily. Shepherds Purse
Shepherd's purse is particularly useful for bleedings of any kind,
including excessive menstruation, and to regulate the blood pressure.
USES: Diuretic, styptic, vasoconstrictor.
A.K.A.: Cocowort, Pickpocket, St. James weed
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times daily or
use powder with a glass of water. Silver Thistle
Silver Thistle strengthens the heart, the stomach and is helpful for
rheumatism. The roots have been used for bronchitis, fever, dropsy,
kidney problems, as an aid to digestion and prostatitis. Folklore has
it that it can even remove scares. This is one of the plants used in
the famous "Swedish Bitters" made popular by Maria Treben.
USES: Antibiotic, cardiac, diuretic
A.K.A.: Carline thistle Silverweed
Silverweed, also called Cinquefoil, is useful for intestinal
complaints. It will stop bleedings. Silverweed is effective for mild
cramps and spasms.
USES: Antispasmodic, astringent.
A.K.A.: Cinquefoil, Goosegrass, Silver cinquefoil
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 to 6 times daily.
Skunk Cabbage
Skunk Cabbage is very useful for all lung problems including asthma,
tuberculosis, bronchitis, cough, whooping cough, hay fever, pleurisy
and pulmonary consumption. Use only the dried plant but shortly after
is has dried or it will be less effective. The fresh plant may act as
an irritant.
USES: Antispasmodic, diuretic, emetic, expectorant, narcotic.
A.K.A.: Meadow cabbage, Swamp cabbage
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Slippery Elm
Slippery Elm reduces stomach secretions and is therefore good for
gastritis, ulcers and inflamed intestinal linings. Slippery Elm
restores the output of Cortin and assists the adrenal glands. Further
uses are for asthma, bronchitis, coughs, intestinal problems,
colitis, inflammations, etc. Slippery Elm contains: Vit. E, F, K,
Bioflavonoids, Zinc, Selenium, Iodine, Potassium, Iron, Calcium,
Copper and Phosphorus.
USES: Demulcent, diuretic, emollient.
A.K.A.: American Elm, Indian Elm, Red Elm, Moose Elm
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon with 1 glass of water; 3 to 6 times daily.
Small Garden Fennel
Cumin is used for cramps caused by gas. It is also used for
bronchitis and whooping cough. It has similar properties as Caraway
but is not the same herb.
USES: Carminative, diuretic, emmenagogue, anthelminthicum
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon ground seeds with 1 glass of water; 3 to 6
times daily. Smart Weed
Smart Weed has antiseptic, diaphoretic, emmenagogue and diuretic
properties. It is good for all kinds of intestinal trouble. Smart
Weed contains Vit. K, P, C and Rutin which makes it useful for
strengthening blood vessels and to prevent brain stroke. Polygonum
hydropiper has similar properties. Another form of Polygonum, has
Astringent, diuretic, and rubefacient properties and is used for
arthritis, lung problems, diarrhea, jaundice and eczema. Other
Polygonums: see Bistort see Fo-Ti see Knotgrass see Smartweet
USES: Antiseptic, astringent, diaphoretic, diuretic, emmenagogue,
rubefacient.
A.K.A.: Knotweed, Water pepper Snakeroot, Canadian
Canadian Snakeroot, also called Wild Ginger, might be useful at the
onset of a cold as it promotes perspiration. It is a stimulant and a
good tonic. The roots are used for stomach problems, gas and colic.
It brings relief in case of gas and spasms. The powder has been used
to induce sneezing. Kanadische Haselwurzel is the same as Wilder
Ginger.
USES: Carminative, diaphoretic, expectorant, irritant.
A.K.A.: Wild Ginger, False coltsfoot, Indian Ginger.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Snakeroot, Virginia
Virginia Snakeroot is used to improve blood circulation. The name
stems from its usage for snakebite. The wound needed to be cut,
sucked out, and then the chewed root would be applied directly on the
open wound. Warning: Large amounts will cause vomiting, diarrhea and
even respiratory paralysis!
USES: Tonic, stimulant.
A.K.A.: Snakeweed, Thick birthwort, Pelican flower
DOSAGE: A third of a small teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; Half
a cup twice daily. Soapwort
Soapwort has been used externally for skin diseases, including
dermatitis, itching skin, etc., and internally as an expectorant.
USES: Cholagogue, diuretic, expectorant, purgative.
A.K.A.: Bruisewort, Dog cloves, Soap root.
DOSAGE: A third of a teaspoon for with 1 glass of water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Solomon’s Seal
Solomon's Seal is an excellent tonic, stops bleedings and is used for
inflammation of stomach and intestines. Other varieties with similar
properties.
USES: Astringent, emetic, tonic.
A.K.A.: Dropberry, Sealroot, Sealwort
DOSAGE: A third of a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 times
daily. Sorrel
Sorrel is useful for the stomach, internal bleeding, kidneys and
bladder. Warning: Large amounts may have negative side-effects.
USES: Astringent, diuretic, laxative.
A.K.A.: Common sorrel, Garden sorrel, Meadow sorrel, Sourgrass
DOSAGE: Use the fresh plant as food. Soybean
Soybeans are loaded with Amino-acids and important Phytoestrogens.
Soybeans are useful for symptoms of menopause, arteriosclerosis,
heart disease, osteoporosis, and cancer. Some of its useful chemicals
include Genisteine, which is also present in Red Clover, and Daidzin.
Soja bean helps to avoid many diseases because of its many useful
nutrients. It contains the vitamins E, B, Carotene and Amino-acids.

A.K.A.: Heidadou (black) Huangdadou (yellow)
DOSAGE: Use as food. Speedwell
Speedwell is mainly used for stomach and lung problems. The fresh
juice is taken for gout and externally for a number of skin problems.
USES: Diuretic, expectorant, stomachic, tonic.
A.K.A.: Low speedwell, Gypsy weed. Veronica
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 times daily.
Spikenard
Spikenard is compared with Ginseng for its tonic properties. Other
main uses are for rheumatism, asthma, cough and to ease child
delivery. Externally the plant has been used for wounds, swellings,
inflammations, etc.
USES: Diaphoretic, expectorant, stimulant.
A.K.A.: American spikenard, Indian root, Spignet.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times daily.
Spirulina
Spirulina is perfect food for the sick. It is easy on the stomach and
includes many nutrients including: Amino-acids, Vit. A, C, F, B12,
Calcium, Beta-carotene, Phosphorus, etc. It may be used to strengthen
the whole system.
USES: Nutitious
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon with 1 glass of water; 3 times daily. Spurge
Spurge was mainly used as emetics and purgatives. At one time Spurge
was also used for rheumatism and its oil was used in lamps. Warning:
Plant is poisonous and should only be used in homeopathic remedies.
USES: Emetic, expectorant, purgative.
A.K.A.: Caper spurge, Mole plant
DOSAGE: NOT RECOMMENDED Squawvine
Squawvine, as the name implies, is useful for a variety of female
complaints. It makes birth and menstruation easier, strengthens the
uterus, ovaries and nerves. Squawvine has even antiseptic properties,
which are used for infections of the vagina.
USES: Antiseptic, astringent, diuretic, tonic.
A.K.A.: Deerberry, Checkerberry.
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 3 times daily St.
Johns Wort
St. John's Wort is noted for its ability to take the edge off
depressions and melancholy. It has been called 'Nature's Prozac.' St.
John's wort has also shown antiviral activities. Warning: The same
food restrictions apply as for other MAO inhibitors. It may make the
skin more sensitive to sun exposure.
USES: Antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, expectorant, nervine,
vulnerary.
A.K.A.: Goatweed, Johnswort.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water 3 to 6 times
daily. Capsules and Tincture: As directed; Use standardized extracts.
Star Anise
Star Anise, just like Anise, is used for stomach, gas and intestinal
cramps.
USES: Carminative, stimulant, stomachic.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon of crushed seeds with 1 glass of water; 2 to
6 times daily. Star Thistle
Star Thistle, like all thistles, is beneficial for the liver.
A.K.A.: Common Star, Yellow StarStillingia
Stillingia is useful as a tonic for all glands, bronchitis, sore
throat and syphilis. A large dosage will produce nausea and vomiting.
It has shown some success with eczema.
USES: Alternative, Antibiotic, antiveneral, cardiac, cathartic,
cholagogue, diaphoretic, diuretic, emetic, expectorant, sialogogue
A.K.A.: Queens root, Yaw root
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; twice daily.
Stinging Nettle
Stinging Nettle is a very useful herb. It has offered help for
certain allergies, inflamed kidneys and pelvis, for rheumatism,

Stoneroot
Stoneroot gets rid of gravel and stones in the bladder and removes
uric acid. It contains Collinsonin, which is useful for hemorrhoids.
Externally it can be used for wounds, cuts and bruises.

DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Storksbill
Storksbill stops bleeding, assists the uterus and treats excessive
menstruation as it is useful for all kinds of bleeding. Small doses
are said to raise blood pressure and larger doses are said to lower
blood pressure.
USES: Astringent, hemostatic.

DOSAGE: Use tincture as directed. Styrian Pumpkin
Styrian Pumpkin has ingredients that are useful for inflammations,
arteriosclerosis and enlargement of the prostate. It has a high
content of vitamin E and stimulates production of Prostaglandins
useful for repairing virtually any part of the body.
USES: Anti-inflammatory, rejuvenating.
DOSAGE: Use as food. Sumac
Sumach is good for irritated membranes, leucorrhea, diarrhea and
bleedings. Indians have successfully used sumach for diabetes. For
that purpose they used a mixture of Sumac and Bilberry. Indians were
chewing the roots for mouth sores.
USES: Bark: Antiseptic, astringent, emmenagogue fever, Berries:

Cicely
Sweet Cicely is good for gas and intestinal problems like
indigestion. It is also used as an appetizer, for coughs, and phlegm.
USES: Carminative, expectorant, stomachic.
A.K.A.: Anise root, Sweet anise, Sweet chervil. Sweet Gum
Sweet Gum is useful for treating injuries, coughs and congestion.
Externally it can be used to disinfect wounds and to treat a range of
skin problems.
USES: Antiseptic, astringent, expectorant.
A.K.A.: Copalm, Gum tree, Opossum tree, Red gum, White gum.
DOSAGE: Half a teaspoon for 1 cup of boiling water; 2 to 3 times
daily. Sweet tangle
This is one of the species used for commercial Kelp. This particular
variety comes from the deep seas and has a very high content of
iodine.
USES: Antibiotic, diuretic, nutrient, tonic.
A.K.A.: Kelp
DOSAGE: 1 teaspoon with 1 glass of water; twice daily.
