For those with generally dry skin, frantic
personality, anxiety, quick mind, thinner rather than
thicker body type (these are all "Vata" traits in
Ayurveda):

Use about 1/3 cup warm, cured sesame oil to massage
from head to toe: start with scalp, face (I do ears,
too), neck and shoulders, arms and hands, chest and
abdomen (with circles beginning on lower right side,
up, across to left side and down, then across to start
over - same direction as food travels in large
intestine), back (try to get everywhere), pelvis area
(I do everywhere, but I'm a guy - use your best
judgement and comfort), legs, and feet.  Long strokes
on muscles, circular on joints.

Enjoy for as long as you want or as short as you want.
Shower off.  I use soap without sodium laurel
sulfate, instead it uses glycerin.  Buy it from the
same place as the oil - www.mapi.com.  It's not strong
but it's clean soap.  Leaves a little oil on.
Remember to wash the tub if you have other people
using it.

To cure the oil, warm it up slowly on the stove in a
pot (I use stainless steel, though iron is probably
the best) after sprinkling a few drops of water in.
When the water begins to crackle, take it off.  Please
use caution, don't leave unattended, no fires or burnt
oil.  I've never had a problem using gas or electric.
Only 1/3 cup at a time.
