Its around 4:30 in the afternoon and Charisma Simmons is in the gym in down town Philadelphia. She's wearing some little white short shorts and a yellow tee cut off just below the breasts. She is on the treadmill running very fast. She has her headphones on and listening to her favourite songs. Right now is "Apologise" by One Republic and Timbaland. Charisma forgets where she is and is singing aloud sounding a little like a dieing cat. Just then someone taps Charisma on the shoulder. The blonde diva search contestant turns around and looks a little startled at a big muscular tanned man. Charisma blushes and pulls her head phones away and stops the treadmill. Man "Charisma?" Charisma Simmons "uh-huh! who are you?" Man "Mick, Your personal trainer... Your father hired me." Charisma Simmons "What! Personal trainer for what." Mick "Jousting. Im the World Jousting Champion." Charisma Simmons "oh..." Mick "So come on follow me. Ive set up a jousting set in the back room." Charisma Simmons "the back room... your not trying to get me away from the public so you can have your dirty way with me are you? cus i mean... i have a rape alarm and i have some spray and i will totally kick you in the nuts!" Mick "What!? No!" Charisma Simmons "Um. YES!!!" Mick "huh? no i mean No im not going to sexually assault you." Charisma Simmons "Why? Whats wrong with me?" Mick "errr... nothing! your fine" Charisma Simmons " But u dont think im attrative..." Mick "huh? what? ugh... come on lets just get training okay?" Charisma shrugs her shoulders and follows the large attractive man into the back room where two podiums are set up with hard pebbles and small rocks around them. The room was well lit and two jousting sticks are leant against the wall. One pink and one blue. Charisma turns to Mick and looks up at him. He tells her to pick up one of the sticks and she grabs the blue one leaving the pink one for Mick. Mick "erm... dont you want the pink one?" Charisma Simmons "Nah blue is fine." Mick "oh..." Mick looks down and takes a deep breath.Charisma smiles at her new jousting trainer.  He clearly wants the blue stick. He tells Charisma to poke him with the stick and she tries but he easily dodges it and pokes Charisma with his. Charisma Simmons "HEY! that hurt!!!" Mick "Sorry but Jousting hurts!! you need to get use to it. Now get ontop of the podium." Charisma Simmons "But... its really high and if i fall there are rocks!!" Mick "Thats because when you fall it will HURT and it will HURT really bad and make you try even harder not to fall off making you a better fighter! understand?" Charisma Simmons "I guess... but.... i dont want to bruise!" Mick "Well your gonna! So get up there!" Charisma reluctantly climbes the podium and she and her trainer Mick joust every time Charisma getting knocked down onto the rocks and getting hurt. Eventually she starts lasting longer untill she eventually wins! The scene fades to black as Charisma celebrates her victory!
