1Stand upright or sit up right feet slightly apart in line with your shoulders,and your shoulders back and down
2  Ease your neck gently down to the right until you feel a slight stretch on the left side of your neck
3Hold for 5seconds bring you head up to an up right position 
4Repeat  with the left side of neck 
5 repeat this 20 times
If at any time you feel pain or dizziness stop and sit up right 
 
Exersise B
1Maintain the upright position feet slightly apart
2 Raise your right shoulder up as high as you possibly can
3 pull it back in a circular motion
4 next lower it still moving in a circle
5Repeat with the left shoulder
6Next repeat with both shoulders at the same time
 
repeat this exercise 20 times  again if any discomfort stop the exercise
