Hi!  My name is Kim and I live in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.  I have been chatting with Carole on the Nifty Fifty board on our Weight Watcher chat so thought I would pop across the pond and see how things work over there.

 

I have just been told I have diabetic so need to get some weight off so that maybe I will be able to get off the medication the doctor has put me on.  So far I have lost 5 pounds but have a long way to go with about another 70-80 pounds more to remove.

 

I can use all the help I can get, so will check in and see what you all have to say.  Looking forward to getting to know you all.
