Many people say they don’t have time to exercise for 30 minutes or so a day. It may seem difficult to schedule half an hour into a busy day, but it’s much less daunting, and can be just as effective, if you breaks it down into two or three 10?5 minutes sessions.

Turn the television on 15 mins later ?you could even squeeze in a few minutes activity in the advert breaks!

Play an active game with the children 15 minutes. How about skipping with a rope or trying out a hula hoop

Put on some music and dance.

Watch slim people ?they’re always on the go. Not consciously exercising but fidgeting. My DH is like that. He may look as though he’s relaxing in a chair but his hands are moving, fingers tapping or foot swinging. Even in bed he’s constantly on the move, hands twitching and restless legs. He’s not a lot over 9 stone and has been the same weight since we met.  So just move!

Happy slimming,

Joan
