Carole and I will give you all the help you need to achieve success in weight loss �?but only you can do it. To be successful there has to come a time when you take full responsibility for your choices; we can’t be looking over your shoulder all the time, lol.
There may be times when it is hard to resist food �?but it is entirely your choice as to what goes into your mouth. Aim for the best choice, but if that doesn’t work at least aim for the better choice.
Take time to organise your life. Only you can plan when it is the best time to fit in a regular exercise session, or plan your meals for the week. Whatever the difficulties you encounter, you can almost certainly make some improvement by making a few small changes
The best exercise for weight loss is simply turning your head left to right for about two or three repetitions �?in other words, just say NO to that second helping!
Don’t forget you can always rely on us to support you but in the end it YOU who must do it!
